Winter Warmer Special – Specific T’s & C’s

This session format is suitable for immediate families only, with children aged 6 months and over.
No newborns under any circumstances – please refer to my newborn session experience if this is what you are seeking. Newborns and limited session times simply don’t mix.

Sessions are designed for smaller, immediate family groups. For extended family sessions, please contact me directly as additional time and fees will apply.

Pets are permitted at my discretion only – please enquire prior to booking to discuss suitability. Unapproved pets will not be accommodated on the day.

These sessions are held on selected weekdays only, at selected South of the River (SOR) locations, offered by the photographer. Locations may vary depending on weather and conditions.

Each session includes:

• 30 minutes session time
• A fully edited gallery of 100+ images
• Your selection of 20 high-resolution digital files, with matching black & white copies

Images are edited in line with my signature style and portfolio standard. This does not include advanced retouching. I do not alter physical features – additional editing requests may incur extra fees where appropriate.

A $200 non-refundable retainer is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due on or before your session date.
No payment = no gallery.

These sessions are limited and released in small numbers, and are offered strictly on a first in, best dressed basis.
No holds, swaps, or rain checks.

Cancellations, change of mind, or failure to attend will result in forfeiture of all fees paid.

Illness Policy:
Sessions will not proceed if any participant is unwell. If you or your children have experienced symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat, vomiting, or similar within 7 days prior, please contact me to discuss rescheduling options.
If illness is observed upon arrival, the session will be cancelled and all fees forfeited.
