Oh hey you! So cheers for stopping by! I’m kinda stoked that you would consider me to document your big day. I guess I should tell you a bit more about me, my name is Lana, I have loved photography since I picked up my first b+w film camera in high school, which was a while ago now – thanks for reminding me.
When Im not out shooting, or in the editing cave you can usually find me with either coffee/wine in hand, trying to keep up with my gym mates (who also remind me how old I am getting) or indulging in some serious netflix bingeing. I freaking LOVE weddings, each & everyone gets me all nostalgic from my own wonderful day & I want nothing more than to ride front seat with my couples, & do anything I can to add to their day, ensuring it stays fun & easy. My approach to wedding photography is relational, I love to rock up on your wedding day & be like “Oh hey friend!” & hug like we’ve been besties since way back, because I believe that to really document your day & capture the real “you” & your authentic love story there has to be some trust & love between you “the couple” & me “the tog”. I work hard with my couples to build that foundation from our initial catch up over coffee (or wine!), to your warm up e-session & shoot planning, Im going to do everything I can to help you relax & put you at ease that your photography is going to be fun, carefree & add to the overall enjoyment of your day.
I am now booking into the 2025 season, I am hoping to keep working with couples who are planning a wedding that reflects their personalities & style & who value their wedding documentary. Unique, creative, non-traditional weddings, from the small backyard intimate get togethers, heartfelt elopements, bush/south west weddings, classic modern romance, to the big wedding of all weddings.
