Session Booking

The photographs taken from a session may be used for my marketing purposes. This includes being put on my Facebook business page; and used in various print and advertising material at the discretion of Lana Pratt Photography. By going through with a session, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions.

I hereby authorise Lana Pratt Photography to publish photographs taken of me, and my name and likeness. for use in the Lana Pratt Photography's Print, online and video based marketing materials, as well as other Lana Pratt Photography publications. I hereby release and hold harmless Lana Pratt Photographer from any reasonable expectation of privace or confidentiality associated with the images specified above.

I further acknorledge that my participation is voluntary and that I will not receive financial compen­sation of any type associated with the taking or publication of these photographs or participation in Lana Pratt Photography's marketing materials or other Lana Pratt Photography pulications. I acknowledge and agree that publication of said photos confers no rights of ownership or royalties whatsoever.

I hereby release Lana Pratt Photography, its contractors, its employees and any third parties involved in the creation or publication of marketing materials, from liability for any claims by me or any third party in connection with my participation.
