Christmas Minis 2025 – Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

• Sessions are for children aged 6+ months who can sit unassisted.

• No newborns (please see my newborn session options instead).

• Maximum 4 children per session (same household). For larger groups or cousins/friends, please contact me — extra time/fees may apply.

• The +Folks session includes up to 2 adults (parents or grandparents).

Pricing & Inclusions

• Package 1: $195 | 20 mins | Kids only | 5 digital images.

• Package 2: $250 | 30 mins | Kids + folks | 5 digital images.

• Sessions held at my Oakford Studio on set dates/times only.

• Additional images, full gallery upgrades, prints, and products available for purchase.

• Images are delivered in colour + B&W in my signature editing style. Extended Photoshop/retouching is not included (children are perfect as they are!). Extra editing may be quoted if requested.

Booking & Payment

• $50 non-refundable retainer required to secure your session. Balance due on the day (EFT or cash).

• No galleries will be delivered until balance is received.

• Sessions are limited and booked on a first-come, first-served basis. No rainchecks.

Cancellations, Illness & No-Shows

• Cancellations, change of mind, or failure to attend = forfeited session & fees.

• If anyone attending is unwell (flu-like symptoms, fever, cough, vomiting, rash, etc. within the last 7 days), you must notify me immediately. For safety reasons, I cannot shoot with sick participants. Sessions will be rescheduled where possible.

• If illness is identified on arrival, the session will be ended immediately, and all fees forfeited.

• In the event of government restrictions (e.g., Covid lockdown), sessions will be rescheduled to the next available date. If you cannot attend, your retainer may be transferred to another session type.

Session Conduct

• Please arrive on time. Due to back-to-back scheduling, late arrivals will lose session time (no extensions).

• No pets permitted.

• To avoid distraction, no outside photography (family/friends) during your session, please also don’t bring spectators these also are distracting to session participants.

Image Copyright & Usage

• Lana Pratt Photography retains full copyright of all images.

• Clients receive personal usage rights only — images cannot be sold, altered, or used commercially without written consent.

• Sharing on social media is welcome, but images must not be edited/filtered/cropped and must credit/tag Lana Pratt Photography.

• The Studio may use images for portfolio, social media, and marketing unless requested otherwise in writing.

Gallery Delivery

• Final gallery delivered within 2 weeks. A sneak peek may be shared on social media within 48 hrs (unless you opt out).

• Files are retained for up to 1 year, but re-activation of expired galleries may incur a fee.

Liability

• While every care is taken, the Studio is not responsible for unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to equipment failure, accidents, illness, or weather conditions beyond our control. In such cases, liability is limited to a refund of monies paid.
